Summary/Abstract: This article describes the issue of diversity management. It discusses the concept of diversity management, benefits and profits arising from its use. The problem of this article was presented in the context of changing environments, time of globalization and internationalization of enterprises. This article aims to identify measures to facilitate the development of a multicultural organization that operates flexibly in a dynamic environment in which knowledge management is used and whose members have the ability to think strategically. It was stipulated that the diversity present in the multicultural organization can be a source of advantage of this organization over the organization of monoculture. The advantage of this can be understood as the potential for development, a progressive trend, the ability to obtain competitive advantage, flexibility and ability to make transgression. The condition for achieving this success is the skillful use of strategies that enable the development of multicultural organizations, and particularly emphasizing “soft” aspects of management.
