Summary/Abstract: The results indicate that the modern teacher is a person open to the needs of children and creatively takes up the teaching and educational program. It is important that the teacher acted basic functions which are educative function, caring, teaching, educating and motivating and stimulating. The modern teacher is one who has a wealth of knowledge, wants, knows and can pass it on to children. There is a children’s authority and role model. In class not only teaches but also protector and friend.
