Summary/Abstract: The results of the research on motives for undertaking studies on Education in Technology and Computer Science in several Polish universities were presented at this article. Different aspects connected with choice of studies were discussed, among others time of making decision, used sources of information, motives by which candidates were guided choosing the university and field of study.
