Concepts of the new commercial law: the professional

Summary/Abstract: The new Civil Code introduce a term unknown in the legal field in order to define a specific category of relations. The concept of professional does not have a legal history and not even an ancestor in the declared sources of insipiration of the new Civil Code. Most probably, the legislator preffered a new word to grant with judicial sense, instead of making semnatic changes to a concept well-known.
