Summary/Abstract: The 1989'ѕ Revolution is the only Revolution in the history not proclaiming itself а carrier of а new society order. lt bases clearly on the western model of society and, also, on the precommunist tradition. Differently from the "Prague spring" in 1968 which was introduced аѕ а completely new model, overcoming the eastern Stalinism failiures аѕ well аѕ the western capitalism ones, the 1989'ѕ Revolution did not offer unique theory for changes. While the previous revolutions were narrowly consequencing social changes, the 1989'ѕ Revolution was about to create conditions for own social bases, founded on facts. One of the clues in understanding the contemporary Europe is the realization of revolution - restoration.
