DECAY AND BIRTH

Summary/Abstract: The author of this work analysis the causes of socialist Yugoslavia's decay and the possible development of the events in the future. The most important causes in this sense are the processes of national homogenization and the domination of the element of ''war” instead of the element of “tolerance”. Under this conditions the long privileged army transformed itself into а service of the undemocratic political elite and, with that, fastened the decay itself. The author's supposal is that after а certain period of time, the familiar, cultural and especially economic relations, built through the decades, will renew themselves. Those relations could rehabilitate the idea of common interests of the people living on the region.
