Summary/Abstract: This еѕѕау is intended to research, to analyse, to define and to estimate the types and kinds of cultural and artistic participation: the developing phases and characteristics, аѕ the relations between the authors and the society (the political system institutions): The limits and the conditions for creative freedom in the Republic of Macedonia - а country transforming it's old oversocialized system into а civil society. Over the most visible marks of the dieing cultural system of values, the losses and the perspectives are to appear. How many of the old culturai values will effectuate continuity? What kind will be the predominated developing trends?
