Summary/Abstract: Indicating factors influencing the level of private benefits of control would help in answering the question why some companies have shareholders who own significant blocks of shares and how much more is it worth in comparison to the minority blocks of shares. The main purpose of the paper is the analysis of the potential determinants and presenting the typology of factors influencing the level of private benefits of control.
