Summary/Abstract: Maybe the most important moment in the modern history of the economy in the revealing of the importance of innovation and technical progress in all areas. It is clear that this advance will be different due to financial and economical gaps between countries. As long as there are countries that are wiling to pay for technological developments and research and countries that use imitations in order to copy the development of others, real globalization is only a myth. And if the new developments will not be easy to copy and imported such as: biotechnology, green energy and nanotechnology, then this gap will be even greater in the near future. The poor countries will not have the technical structure to import and use the innovation.
