Summary/Abstract: In the presented submission I deal with protection of honour from the viewpoint of contemporary law. I define acts which are infringing the human honour and I seek for outlines between aforementioned delicts in relation to their applicability on a concrete act. Previous acts are examined with regard to civil and public laws in the framework of an unitary legal order. Further I employ myself with the changes which are caused by the acceptance of the new civil code which is about to be affective from the year 2014 as well as with the practical features of protection of persons harmed on their personality rights.
