Summary/Abstract: The study presents historical–legal analysis, a brief explanation and examples of application of § 11 of the Act on the Protection of the Republic no. 40/1923 Coll. The study is based on a legal analysis of the decision of the Supreme Court of the Czechoslovak Republic in criminal matters and gives specific legal view of the substantive aspects of the application of the material insulting the president and her recovery.
