Social-economic development of growth center in the time of worldwide economy crisis

Summary/Abstract: Centers of intensive development are formed in the polarization process of social- economic space. The crisis of worldwide economy in different ways affects various areas, including growth centers. In the crisis time these centers build various strategies. Local government stimulates activities of interior and exterior subjects or they take a passive attitude towards crisis results. Countering the crisis concerns mainly maintaining the investment process on the unchanged level or increasing, structural changes in economy, building the base of high quality sources, activation of subjects which function in the unit, etc. The results of worldwide social-economic crisis are known in long period of time, even in growth centers. They also change areas of their activities.
