Summary/Abstract: The article briefly presents the innovating concept of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in cross-border cooperation of Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany. It notices the benefits and barriers limiting the realization of PPP projects in Poland. The article describes determinants, aims, organisational and legal forms and financing structure of PPP projects. The author also presents the specificity of western borderland of Poland.
