Summary/Abstract: the text extracts the most important parts of Molotwos speech on the 6th of October 1954 bin East Berlin at the ceremnoy of the 5th anniversary of the foundation of the German Democratic Republic. Moloto's speech had been the first official reaction of the Soviet Union on the London "Conference of the Nine" (i.e. the foreign ministers of USA, UK, France, Italy, West-Germany, the BENELUX countries and Canada)
