Summary/Abstract: The book is a unique publication of political science fitting for a wide range of scholars interested in social philosophy or management. It is difficult to evaluate whether author´s biggest asset to the problematic is his historical and descriptive approach over the existing examples of employee participation, or whether it is his value - analytical approach to the problematic.
