Summary/Abstract: Based on the Dvorovaja tetrad of the 16th century the article deals with the composition and evolution of the regional elite. The author studies such issues of the clerical work as: data about noviks (young noblemen assigned to military service), duplication and cancellation of the names in the columns of the Dvorovaja tetrad.
