Formation of the effective economic base of the university in case of development of innovations: theoretical concepts

Summary/Abstract: The paper is concerned with theoretical concepts of formations of economic base of high school in case of development of innovations. In the center of attention is a problem of innovations. It is marked that specificity of the present stage of scientific and technical progress demands transformation of higher school sector of the Russian science into a large subsystem of the integrated research complex of the country capable to combine scale carrying out of basic researches with competitive development of commercial character.
