Music and Multimedia during the Class of French as a Foreign Language

Summary/Abstract: When talking about teaching, there are two expressions which are commonly used: teaching aids and teaching means, but they are quite different. However, nowadays, modern teaching resorts not only to teaching aids, but also to specialized spaces, such as the multi-media laboratories. The teacher may use these spaces in order to emphasize certain language skills such as listening; thus, we consider that music used in an appropriate way during foreign language classes and in multi-media labs should facilitate teaching and learning.
