Summary/Abstract: This review is about a volume of studies which informs the wider public about research results of the Hungarian and Transylvanian heritage protection in the following fields: art history (Transylvanian Ede Torockai Wigand’s works), archaeological and restoration research (temple of Csíkménaság), inventorying (counting of buildings and church collections), heritage protection (Black Church of Brassó/Braşov), protection of monuments, history and folk architecture.
