Summary/Abstract: The article is the part of a larger elaboration connected to the concept of Habermas’ importance oriented claims. The post-metaphysical world is also characterized as post-liberal, post-democratic, post-secular. There are no permanent objects or notions you can fall back upon, no permanent values you can refer to. One of the plots found within the Habermas’ works are multi-structural social structures. Deriving the world of its allure has led to the situation where even relativism is subject to being questioned. Getting to know this idea also constitutes the process of the diagnosis of the foundation and functioning of law.
