Negotiations Should Be Open-Ended

Summary/Abstract: Before I start speaking on the subject of our Conference, I would like to congratulate the host organization, the Turkish Foreign Policy Institute on its 30th Anniversary. The Austrian Association for Foreign Policy and International Relations, which I have the honor to preside, is slightly older. We were founded in 1958 and therefore 46 years old, but we are happy, we are aware of the great job you are doing, we know how important it is to inform public opinion about the international matters, and we wish our younger sister, if I may say so, lot of success in the future. This is also goes to its President. Thank you very much.
