Summary/Abstract: For twenty one years now, on April 30. each year, we have been marking a day of death of Radomir Radovic. On that day Radomir Radovic was found dead. Many things have changed in these twenty one years in country, society, lifes of Radomir's friends from Open University, but one thing stayed the same. Last days of life of Radomir Radovic and the way he died remained state secret.
