International determinants of innovation in Poland

Summary/Abstract: Improving the quality of human resources and internationalization of Polish economy have opened new opportunities for innovation. The increase in the availability of external effects in Poland as the effect of international knowledge economy boosted the internationalization of companies with domestic capital to increase the absorption capacity, facilitated by an increase in the abundance of human capital. The aim of this article is to analyze how Poland has used foreign capital for the development of innovation in the economy.
