The economic crisis in argentina − legacy of Peronism

Summary/Abstract: The article describes the nature of the socio–economic-political doctrine of Peronism. The aim of this paper is to identify the causes of the economic crisis in Argentina in the twenty-first century, due to Peronism policy. Key macroeconomic indicators, such as gross domestic product, inflation, and unemployment were analyzed to characterize the economy of the country in reference to the governance of the current president of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner.
