Problems of an Employee Motivation System and the Ways of their Solution in an Industrial Enterprise

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to identify problems in the system of motivation and forecast ways of their solution. The disadvantages of the identified motivational system affect main problems in staff motivation such as low salaries, insufficient qualification development and participation in enterprise management opportunities. Solving these problems in its motivation system an enterprise should search for the best methods of personnel management which would give material and moral satisfaction.
