Summary/Abstract: The article presents theoretical and practical aspects of diagnosing and forming corporate (organization) culture. The article analyses research works by Lithuanian and foreign scientists. Relevance of this article is outlined as a problem: how to develop such corporate culture which could help an organization to prosper, function effectively, reach strategic goals, remain unique among other companies and guarantee long-lasting success. Many different practical examples of corporate cultures are presented. The purpose of this research is to identify main peculiarities of corporate culture formation.
