Summary/Abstract: It is commonly understood that both the process of making a decision and its final outcome can be the sources of conflict between the parties. Therefore it is important to understand how these both aspects of relationship between an advertising agency and a client occur, and whether they may lead to a conflict between managers and agency executives. The paper focuses on relations between an advertising agency and its clients from communication perspective. The article describes the results of a research carried out in 20 top advertising agencies in Šiauliai city and presents main aspects of communication between advertising agencies and their clients.
