Summary/Abstract: In this works the authors are dealing with the process of modernisation, democratisation and democratic phenomenons which influence the future development of the new Russian managerial sphere. They present a new sight of the process in Russian Federation that the state is developing into a system of “warlords”. Also this work deals with the working and professional situation not only in Russia but the authors try to compare it with the situation in Germany and England, especially the situation of managers. In whole work dominate a simple definition of the Russian managers through the sentence “Trust is good, but control is better”.
