Summary/Abstract: Czech President Václav Klaus recently gave a key-note speech to the IFO Conference held in Munich on 22 June, entitled "Implications of the Recent Expansion of the European Union." A closer look at his speech, however, casts doubt on whether Klaus, a known “Euroskeptic", should not perhaps be re-labelled as a "Eurorealist."
