Flexibility and knowledge sharing - in search of an excellent leader

Summary/Abstract: The increasing need for effective leaders is driven by the changes in society and economy. At the same time the flow of information and accompanying need for the appropriate application of knowledge impacts and modifies the concepts of leadership. Organizations need a new kind of leaders. The author considers flexibility, organizational learning and knowledge sharing across teams as a result of leaders’ attitudes and maturity of their personality.
