Summary/Abstract: The article examines the Perceived Organizational Support concept as an element of the Intercultural Mentoring Model – the program provided by Polish Psychologists’ Association in London, UK. The light is shed on the described issues focusing on the process of creating the proactive approach towards career development strategy as well as on providing effective operational equipment for the group of PPA’s Intercultural Mentors. The analysis ends with further research recommendations enveloping social psychology concepts enriched by management theories and applications.
