Time perspectives in employees potential prognosis in terms of Zimbardo and Boyd theory

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to conduct the evaluation of time perspectives of Zimbardo and Boyd theory according to the assessment of its usefulness in employees potential prognosis. The paper presents connections between behavioural and psychological indicators and time perspectives which can be diagnosed. Moreover, it is suggested that some of time perspectives reveal employees’ key attributes which should be taken into consideration during training planning and personnel career paths development.
