Summary/Abstract: It is important to stress the characteristics which reflect qualitative changes in the progress of society in the study of socio-economic development of the Russian Empire in the beginning of the 20th century. The technological innovations, were particularly important in showing the state of the economy and society, as well as the readiness to accept the latest European innovations. In the beginning of the 20th century, the accelerated motorization demonstrates the strike-through of advanced technologies in the Southern Ural.
