Summary/Abstract: The Albanian national question in this period presented itself in two aspects, in two key problems: the problem of the liberation of the enslaved land and the problem of the ethnic Albania. Under the concrete circumstances of the fascist occupation and of the antifascist world war, when fascism was the common main enemy of the peoples, the liberation of the land and the reestablishment of the national independence was put forward as the main problem.
