Summary/Abstract: : This article presents a comparative analysis of Ukrainian and Russian forms of nationalism, deriving from the traditions of each country's history, its statehood traditions and processes of nation-building. In particular, the text compares far-right ideological tendencies in both countries. These subjects are analyzed and compared in terms of their deeper connection to the historical, political, social and economic specifics of Russia and the Ukraine
