Development of occupational pension schemes’ market

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the role and importance of the occupational pension schemes’ market in Poland. The analysis’s results of quantity and the structure of pension programmes with regard to: their registered forms, participants, contribution’s construction, value of assets, payments and transfers are introduced. At the same time the legal aspects of the contribution’s construction, payments, transfers and structure of the occupational pension schemes are presented.
