Summary/Abstract: Within the present article are presented the main legislative impediments that the Republic of Moldova enterprises are connected with. The legal barriers are related to the imperfect legislation in this country and were identified by the author as a local expert in commercial policies during some specific projects within the Organization for Promotion of Investments and Export from Republic of Moldova along with the European Union Delegation in Republic of Moldova. Correspondingly there were selected 4 branches, representative for the Republic of Moldova economy: agro alimentary industry, vine industry, textile industry and technology industry.
