Summary/Abstract: Throughout the fraught mankind history a social phenomenon such as human migration was subject to the most interesting changes triggered by the ages when it occurred. Hence, it was natural for various theoretical schools to address it in different manners; nevertheless the aim stayed the same: its accurate understanding so that appropriate policies would be worked out in the field.
