Big economic-social changes linket to: GLOBALISATION, FREE-TRADE, BUSINESS’ INTERNATIONALIZATION, TECHNOLOGICAL REVOLUTION makes today cometitiveness problems to become the problem number one, of surviving, for all leaders and economic and political decission factors.
