Summary/Abstract: The career success it’s a combination between circumstances and the way one answers to the said. In order to have a successful career it is necessary a long term planning of the professional line to be carried out, as well as the anticipation of some certain problems which may emerge. Far from being easy, the strategical planning of the career it’s a continuous process which demands involvement, time and effort. The only way to solve the problems and to obtain success is through personal development.There is a powerful correlation between happiness, professional success or quality relationships and the development of a certain abilities and key-attitudes such as: communication, planning and self-trust.Among all the investments that can be made, the investment in the personal development brings out the most satisfying results.
