Summary/Abstract: In the article the results of experimental activity of teachers of a grammar school on work with the talented pupils are presented. Activity of pedagogical collective of a grammar school on research, diagnostics, approbations of methods and means of pedagogical assistance of realization of creative potential of pupils of the raised training level is generalized. It is emphasized, that, on definition of a paradigm developing educations the organization of the training activity aimed at a substantiation of essentially new education system of the raised training level is necessary for the talented pupils.
