Summary/Abstract: This paper describes the features of modern geo-environmental condition of small lakes in Novosibirsk region. The main tendencies of natural and anthropogenic changes limnogeosistem are defined. The author considers necessity of monitoring of these changes on the basis of biogeochemical observations. Integrated qualitative and quantitative criteria of geo-ecological resilience: landscape-geochemical and trophic factors, the ratio of geo-ecological tension are allocated. Ecological and geographical features of the current state of lake complexes of different zones are defined.
