Summary/Abstract: Author claims that political sciences are today on the crossroad, in other words they are defined by their commitment regarding global concepts (for and anti global). Furthermore, author offers a detailed analysis and puts in to the question the phenomenon of globalization that occupies social sciences today by reducing them to the simple producers of globalization’s ideologies. Globalization defined indisputable framework for behavior of the world, communities and people, while imposing itself as a unique solution for powerless governments to answer to complex questions of future development of states and nations. Something that used to be an exclusive right and the responsibility of states’ governments started to be the subject of the international interest and determination. Most of the political scientists today are promoting the process of globalization. Smaller number of them criticizes the process itself and advocates rights to identity, freedom, cultures, and traditions. Author resumes that obvious conclusions is that political sciences are permanently trying to define the substance of “New contract”.
