Constitutional Engineering and Democracy in B&H

Summary/Abstract: Constitutional reintegration of BH. society has shown that Bosnia-Herzegovina is involved in deep ethnical conflict, which is a challenge for future shaping of political and constitutional solutions. Goal of this article is to examine hether the Dayton constitution is an essence for new political conflicts in B&H and what is the role of representatives of the international community in this. B&H public needs an answer to a question does the international community contributes to preservation of the ethno-political order in B&H and if it is ready to offer realistic constitutional solutions for B&H.
