Summary/Abstract: The Faculty of Sports and Physical Education is in the process of educating the fifth generation of students according to the Bologna process. Two parallel study programs are available to students: Program for Coaches - BA (180 ECTS) and MA (120 ECTS); Program for Physical Education Teachers – BA (240 ECTS), MA (60 ECTS) and PhD (180 ECTS). The Faculty has published the document "Internal Evaluation of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education”, which serves as a starting point in the process of continuous improvement of the entire study process. Given that the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education was among the first to implement the new education model, its effects and quality are being continually evaluated every year. At internal seminars teachers propose new models for monitoring and evaluating the quality of the teaching process. The initial selection of students in meeting the pass rate requirement represents the biggest problem. In addition, overburdened teachers and assistants represent a potential factor in slowing the effects of the continuous improvement of the teaching process.
