Summary/Abstract: The company sustainable orientation means a strategy according to which an individual is trying to engage stakeholders both on the economic, social and ecological level. The result of such proceedings is that the company leading sustainable business minimizes the negative impact on the environment, maximizes its contribution to the activities of society and at the same time creates a long-term strategy of building enterprise value. The article presents the basic determinants of the construction of the company value in present times, and refers to the essence of the philosophy of Corporate Social Responsibility. Reflections on the company value on the one hand, and on the other CSR allowed to go into the merits of the work −that is, to the concept of the company sustainable orientation.
