Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present issues of proactive environmental strategies of companies operating on the international market. We determine the meaning and concepts commonly used in environmental strategies to show the attitude of environmental corporate social responsibility, determinants of its implementation, and the most important ways to implement the principles of environmental protection to the business philosophy.
