Summary/Abstract: Internal communication is an integral part of corporate communications. Only good internal communication can build good base for successful external communication. The best time when to start to communicate is “immediately” and to create a special communication department. Good communication flow can be a motivation for employees and their activity. Important is to use various communication tools and use them properly.
