Summary/Abstract: The New technologies promote persons with disabilities’ employment. In the age of the inclusion, they are important weapons for accessibility of work environment and adaptation of the workplace. In France, the juridical devices used in this situation are the quota scheme and the professional redeployment, which are, with security, bonds of the employer. The technological progress decrease opportunities to escape its obligation.
