Summary/Abstract: In the paper the issue of satisfaction of consumers of special goods sector is con¬sidered. Focusing on one of the most significant good in this sector – wine – fundamental as¬pects of satisfaction are discussed in detail. Then the issue of static and dynamic approach of gaining satisfaction is presented.
